We offer $10 flat rate standard shipping and free shipping on orders over $60 to Australia. We use a selection of courier services to maximise speed with the priority of reducing costs. To qualify for free shipping, your order must be greater than $60 after any sale discounts or coupons are applied.This free shipping offer may be withdrawn or altered at any time. We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.
Conditions of return
To enable us to process your return or exchange, you will need to present a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase.Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund, credit or exchange for specially ordered products (unless the product is not fit for purpose or faulty) or products which have been modified or used contrary to the product’s instructions.
Assessing your return
If your product is faulty, we may need to conduct an assessment to determine the nature and extent of the fault. This may include sending the product to the manufacturer or their repair agent. Upon assessment, we will offer a full refund or replacement if there is a major problem with the item. We may offer a repair or replacement if the problem is not major.We will notify you of the outcome once the assessment has been completed.
Exclusions
In some cases a refund, replacement or repair may not be offered if you: Substantially modify the product; misuse the product contrary to user instructions or packaging labels; simply change your mind; damage made during installation due to incorrect fitting or handling.
